MORE ABOUT us
We started our journey in foster care over 6 years ago.
We went into this storm with our 3 bio children, convinced we were going to help out a handful of kids, and come out of this season unchanged.
We were very wrong.
And we are so thankful for that!
We are now a family of 9, plus a dog, and a desert tortoise, and no house plants - because there is no chance they will get any attention from us. Although we do have a thriving backyard, but that's cause Chris' idea of self care is hanging out in 100 degrees, picking weeds from the rocks, and mowing grass.

I am fostering two babies, and it's been so nice to hear all the stories, and reassuring that it's ok to not have it all together. These guys are great! They have a mixture of personal stories of people who have gone through the system, and they bring in experts. I was more informed about the court systems than my caseworker was from listening to this podcast if that tells ya anything. Lol. Check it out, it's a great listen!
I love this podcast!
